Hope residents enjoy a busy social and recreational calendar. There's always something going on. Bowling, golf, swimming and shopping are popular activities with all our residents. Several of them participate in Special Olympics and they've brought home the Gold on several occassions! Dining out at local restaurants and shopping are part of the social and recreationalagenda also. In recent months we've been to Brew City, Chilis, Hops Steak & Ale House, Macaroni Grill, Molly Goodheads, Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday's and Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse, to name just a few places. Every spring, our residents, as part of the M.A.S.H. Theatre Ensemble, study their lines and perform a play for the community. Early in 2007, the M.A.S.H. Theatre Ensemble was invited to perform at the Florida State Fair. On Valentine's Day 2007, the entire ensemble performed for a cheering crowd of adoring fans at the TECO Pavilion.
